[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Bug for infinite tornado throws

Alright just finished a game where my boy Tosic was jungling as Yasuo without a jungle item. In the middle of the match, he was killing a jungle camp and suddenly his Q was throwing a tornado after every single press. Not sure what caused it but wanted to bring it to peoples attention. It lasted for about 3 minutes or so before his Q went back to normal

None of us could figure out how he triggered the bug and it seemed to go away after he spammed it a whole lot of times and took a bunch of damage from the enemy team.
