Jarvan's auto attack animation isn't happening

Was playing an ARAM game and had J4. He still did auto attack damage, and he made the sounds for it, but he had no animation follow-through. I screamed at them and it hurt my foes, so I had briefly harnessed Sion's power. My whole team also saw that he was not making any motions, but all ability-related animations went through.

Anyone else seeing this issue?
