[Gameplay] Titanic Hydra isn't useable on Gnar

When I played Gnar I could only activate Titanic Hydra when in Mega Gnar form. It consistently wasn't able to be activated after or before every single transformation. Had to play Gnar and purchase the item.

The Hydra's are Melee items.

Mini Gnar is ranged. Mega Gnar is melee. That is why.
