spacebar, c and tab cause the screen to shake

Well, rito has released another broken patch. I now have a wildly shaking screen when I use tab, spacebar and c in game. I am also having huge fps drops randomly while csing or during teamfights as the screen and the champions all shake on my screen. I haven't seen anybody else mention this one yet. Already uninstalled/reinstalled the game, but nothing changed. rito pls
