Rank Queue timer running out dodge.

So I was trying to play ranked today with some friends (all in the same room) and for some reason during the banning phase, the timer was off by 5 seconds. My friends screen froze, so I was trying to buy time before I banned, hoping that his screen would load before he had to ban. I took a 3LP loss and a 6 minute ban.

The very next queue during the banning phase, the timer went to 0 on the other teams ban time, and then the screen froze. Turns out I missed my ban, once again, giving me a 10LP loss AND a 30 minute dodge penilty. I Would really appreciate if I could get this LP back, because frankly, this is bs.
