Game keeps randomly disconnecting all the time

So over the last 2 days, in all my games in the loading screen the game will randomly crash and bugsplat all the time. Usually it crashes 3-4 times before I can load into the game at about 1:30. Then Throughout the game I disconnect every maybe 5-10 minutes. When the nexus is about to be destroyed, it also disconnects. IN the client it says this happens to people with avast or avg, but I have never used either of those. PLEASE HELP ME
