Ashe is bugged. Q Doesn't work in ARAM

Did you get 5 stacks of focus? You can no longer use Ashe's Q with fewer than 5 stacks.

I wouldn't know how you get that. It doesn't make it clear how to do it so in that case no.

First thing I love the ever living shit out of the old Ashe. The way she's set up now is utter garbage. Q isn't available when you need it, Then when it does become available. you have 4 seconds to use Q, If you don't well. Good luck, because you just lost the chance to pull through in an engagement or attack tower. As it doesn't matter if its on an Aram, Summoners Rift or Crystal Scar, it's always the same Ebola. If they plan on keep Ashe like this. Might as well just throw her away and forget about playing her ever again. ADC should be able to rapid fire at will.

I couldn't get my Q to work in ARAM. I spent half the game trying to figure it out!
