Katarina Q, R, and B stop functioning mid game

I was just playing a game in team builder, and I had gotten 7 kills, and all of a sudden my Q, R, and B stop working - which basically renders Kat useless. I quit out of the game, rejoined - no dice. I tried switching autocast on and off and all around as was the suggestion from a similar bug report from 2014 I found in the archive. No dice. Nothing I did remedied the situation. Definitely need a bug fix for Kat.
