While in champion select, it will get to me picking a champion, but it will still be saying the enemy team is picking, which leaves me unable to click a champion, and eventually leads to me being forced to dodge the queue, annoying losing LP over a bug...

Happened to me just now as well. I was choosing my summoner spells before it was my turn to pick, and the summoner spell pop-up wouldn't close so I wasn't allowed to choose a champion and had to dodge.
