unknown problem...crashing and reconnect button dont work!!!!!

I join the game and i join in champion select i pick Yasuo,masteries...And was supposed to load or what I was knocked out of the game and reconnect client says I get to reconnect and says game still in progress and nothing happens I tried to reinstall the game but without success :( I dont know what to do? If u can help me...Thanks
