A way to fix the Invisible Nunu bug

Nunu's invisible bug is a painful bug to be a victim of however people have figured out how it's activated it and some are even abusing it. It's if Nunu uses his snow ball for the first time without being seen by the enemy team once. So if there was a simple change to Nunu where you could see him in the fountain for 1 second, that will stop the bug and not make it a disadvantage for the nunu player. Or only show nunu when he buys hunter's talisman since that's a cog needed for the bug to work
