I already made a post about how my icon wasn't appearing. Then I wondered, does gifting an icon register that as a gift during the Harrowing?

Well there's a bit of a delay for this thing usually, but I know I ended getting my own Puppet Icon for giving someone RP the night BEFORE the Harrowing started.

I gifted my brother a mystery gift yesterday and I haven't received my icon yet. He got his almost immediately after gifting me.
