Jhin freezes in game and display bug

I was dealing with multiple bugs. At the start, i was only able to see 2 champs when i looked at the scoreboard. 1 champ from each team. Above the minimap is a icon for each ally champ. I was only able to see one champ. I also could not see the visual on my health bar. The number would show how much health i had but the green display was not there. The biggest bug came from my champs movement. My champ would sometimes glide towards spots after a delay. My MS is around 40 so i do not believe it is a connection issue.
