League of Legends Won't Open

Around a month ago I attempted to open league and it would just permanently load but never get to the log in screen. After that I tried a ton of things, reinstalling, deleting files, looking at hundreds of threads, etc. I gave up for a little while but two weeks ago I tried again. Nothing worked, I found even more threads and videos trying every single thing. Fast forward to now, I have spent many hours at this point and have tried more things than I can even count. Someone please help me, if this thread doesn't work out I might just give up and never play league again. I thought I would eventually stop playing league but at least when I wanted to.
