Friends list not appearing

I have not been able to view my friend's list or chat in game for the last month. I reinstalled League of Legends and repaired it. I restarted my computer 20 times over the last month and it doesn't come back. Hoping this is an easy fix.

Friends list is fine with me but i can view my offline friends' profiles
