0 Sighstone Charges Bug

My sighstone charges were 0, even if i return to base. I couldnt use them. I repurchased it, and fixed it. But i lost my gold and it is unfair. (Picture for proof)

I have read here that selling + undo can refill it as a workaround for now. Opposed to full repurchase
