I cannot load the legacy client at all it automatically reverts to the new client which I cannot click anything on, I cannot log in, I can't switch clients I cannot report bugs. Client is literally a picture of the new champ and no log in options.

The thing is though, if it's a problem that Riot can fix, it would oftentimes be universal. If it's something that just you are experiencing, by logic it's something wrong with your particular installation or machine. The odds that someone experiences a bug that nobody else experiences or is able to reproduce are astronomical unless the bug in question was caused by something going wrong either in their particular machine or on their particular installation. I would try power cycling your computer (turning it off & back on) and, if that doesn't fix it, reinstalling the game. troubleshoot a little bit before you post bugs to make sure they're actual problems in the coding of the game itself that can be reproduced instead of just posting it and expecting a fix.
Kürama1 votesGo to C: > Riot Games > League of Legends > lol.launcher (with the previous LoL icon). This will launch the Legacy Client.
Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.
