Played a game as Kat, and half way through the game when I was 4-1 my Q, ult and recall button stopped working. Items, summoners, my W and my E all still worked. This essentially left me with less then half of my damage potential and makes Katarina unplayable. Hope this bug gets fixed soon.

Yes, it happens. It is quite rare, but someone reprouce it some time ago. Basically you have to throw your Q and the targeted enemy has to die while your q is flying towards him. The only way to fix this is to die.
Couldn't you just rebind
You don't actually NEED any of those on Katarina, they're just for the new players to introduce facerolling.
this happened to one of my buddy's as well what you need to do is die and it will fix it self but it did put a tamper on the game because he was carring
