[GAMEPLAY] Minimap Dragon icon bug

Basically, a minimap bug involving dragons and vision. The icon of the next drag popped up before it actually spawned.
- There was a Fire Dragon on the rift.
- The enemy team was killing it and I stole it without vision.
- Right after that, a Cloud Dragon icon pops on the map. It stayed there until the dragon spawned and we killed it.
I think the visionless kill is what caused the bug. I linked the video of it.
