So I took a few months off from LoL so i had some pretty hefty updates. After the updates were finished, I had to review the new EULA. However, my patcher is cut off for some reason, not allowing me to see the "Agree" button, let alone click it. So I am stuck in a League limbo with no idea how to fix it :(
Edit* by cut off I mean the full launcher window is not viewable
Try changing your screen resolution by right clicking your desktop and clicking screen resolution (win8)

There is currently a workaround for this known issue posted here: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/LpIqNmo4-after-downtime-and-patch-patcher-window-is-wrong-size
There will be a patch in the future to fix this, but for now if you follow those steps, that should fix your patcher size for now :-)
