[Gameplay] Akali W Gamebreaking Visual Bug

The bug is with the effects from Akali's W. The smoke ring would not expand, rather oscillate in a weird way. This caused for Akali to seemingly become invisible in the middle of nowhere outside of the smoke and made it almost impossible to tell where the smoke was unless you were an Akali main or something. Akali was using the Blood Moon skin, and everyone else on my team saw the bug happening.

I did not want to AFK, so I didn't change recording quality from my streaming preset. That is why quality is so low. You can still see the bug easily though. Timestamps of where the bug is shown: 1:58 4:19 5:40 6:00 7:38 8:01 8:45 14:01 14:19 14:50

I may have missed a few instances of this bug. If you really want to, you can watch through the whole video to see but, I think that this is more than enough evidence.

EDIT #1: I will try to go into replays to see if the bug can be seen there. If it can be seen I will make another edit before recording it in higher quality.

EDIT #2: The bug can not be seen in the replay.

EDIT #3: I have been informed that the video was taken down, and have removed the audio tracks in question from the video so If you are interested in seeing the bug, the video should be back up shortly. YouTube says that the editing is finished but I can never know for sure.
