Tryndamere bugg i died during my ult activated to lee sin (E) all ingame wittnessed and lol'd,

Basically having 100 health ulting with trynda the scream and cd goes off i get 1 basic off on lee he e's to slow me and run away, but whoops that killed me. he lold i lold everyone reacted on bugg, i'm not sure if i can re'do it, but similiar thing has happened to me playing vllad vs nasus nasus q'ed me while in pool killing me.
