OMG I really want to play. the client keep saying that it is not going to work until 12:00 pm, but It's 1:53 pm and It's still not available. Please guys

You are in a different timezone. 12PDT. Almost an hour or so until the client is up.

That's rough, man. The library where i'm at has good internet but I tend to get loud when i'm playing so I couldn't do League there.
