[GAMEPLAY] Vi's Abilities Not Working When Getting CCd

[GAMEPLAY] So when gets CCd, her abilities like Q, and E stop working. It only happens when she gets interrupted while she is casting a spell. If she gets interrupted with a slow, stun, snare or getting knocked into the air the bug occurs

Steps to get the bug: 1 -First find an enemy 2 -Use the spell and let your enemy CC you with a spell and interrupt you. 3 -The bug happens and you cant use the ability that you used for the whole game.

gets very annoying and you basically cant engage team fights or help in them. Sometimes i even have to surrender at 20 because how useless i get without my abilities. I don't have any recording software to record it and show you but i can assure you the bug happens all the freaking time. I'm not sure why you guys(Riot) didn't give it any attention, because the bug has been there for quite a while now D; Vi is a really played champion in ranked and normal games. It really makes games less fun and really ruins the experience.
