[Gameplay] An interesting and somewhat gamebreaking bug with Garen and J4

There is a fun little Garen bug involving jarvens "Unpassable Terrain" and Garens q. Garen is actually capable of getting through the wall by q'ing an opponent outside of the terrain.

I was playing Garen, and was chasing a Jinx when the enemy J4 ulted me. I ran through the arena and somehow q'ed the enemy jinx through the wall and ran away. It turned a situation where I would have died, I escaped with a kill.

Also, I couldn't connect to a ranked lobby, got kicked out, and it counted as quitting the lobby. Which is either my internet, computer, or the client.
