Teemo Panda skin. Bought, selected, won't show up in game [GAMEPLAY]

Played two games with teemo, skin didn't show up. Thought maybe i didn't select but it but i tried again in a custom, same thing. pls halp k ty

i guess this comes under gameplay?

I'm having the same problem! I just got Silent Night Sona from the mystery gift thing (thanks Riot!) but it won't actually show up in game, even though I'm selecting it. Instead it just gives me the default Sona skin.
