No grade and Season highest grade doesn't update

As the title says, I don't get a grade after match, it just keeps spinning and then under the champ, where it says season highest grade, it is stuck on B, even though I've gotten higher grades with the champ.

I've tried the full repair tool in the client.

Patch 7.11 in windows 10
