[Gameplay] Mordekaiser Q Missing Titanic Hydra Passive/Active

I'm not sure if its just a visual bug but if you use the active for titanic hydra on Morde while using your Q, it will sometimes get rid of the passive on the auto attacks after that for the empowered Q. It may just be visual but the damage numbers at the least do not pop up and it doesn't damage things in a cone behind it. As long as you mess around and use the active while using Morde Q you should eventually come across it. Sometimes it works and applies the passive to all 3 autos from the Q and others it just literally doesn't apply the first active or any of the subsequent passive cones on the other 2 auto attacks. And sometimes it wont even work on normal auto attacks afterwards but it seems to start working on regular auto attacks again after titanic hydra active CD is reset.
