Placeholder art

There is placeholder art in the icon tab in the collection thing. I found it when i was looking at all the icons, including the nonredeemable ones/legacy icons. BUT, I really hope i can actually get the icon, or anyone else that may find it. it could be a neat easter egg of sorts, plus it is nice cool/bad looking, which league/riot seems to be "reworking" out of the game.
