Kayle Self Cast Ult Bug?

I was playing Kayle in a game a moment ago and I noticed I couldn't self cast my ultimate on my self but I could self cast my W. I, unfortunately, couldn't grab a screenshot or anything of the sort but I hope it can be fixed whether its on my end or yours. If anyone else has had this issue feel free to post and share what happened.
