Disconnecting from game

This patch I have been getting disconnected from game and I can no longer reconnect to the game. It's not an issue of my wi-fi or internet I have submitted multiple bug reports with no response back and it's extremely frustrating. I have already had to deal with my ping doubling this year for no reason simply because my ISP is Charter. I have had connection problems in the past here and there but is was never as consistent as this. It is unbelievable that only fix that a Riot employee suggested to me that I have to get a 3rd party service like wtf fast just to play their game. I understand there are limitations to what a network can do for the NA server but instead of keeping your player-base in the dark and making them question if the problem is on their end. "Inform your players what is going on". I`m just glad that I was not playing a rank game and this happened to me.
