Disconnect in 3v3

I was in 3v3 with my friend and while being attacked by Zyra, This popped up and I was disconnected. Apparently, When I came back I had given first blood to Zyra due to this mishap. This is the first time it has ever popped up for me. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
