I have seen in a few games lately where skill shots seem to go through enemies when they are outside your vision. i watched the replay and it definitely was on target.
Or the hitbox just missed. Most old champions have really dumb hitboxes on their abilities, either they are too big or small af
If you have a replay of this happening then you should record a video of it and upload it to youtube. Post back here with the link. It is like a thousand times more useful to Riot when they have a video of a bug rather than being told about a bug.
