client crash wile opening hextech crafting

i recently encountered a bug where if i open my hextech grafting tav my client just fades. its still there and i can hear it but it just doesnt show. if you are in queue and it happens the queue goes on tho. and the strange part is i can only close the client by opening the launcher and then telling it has close the client. i hope you can do something about it with this information because it really anoys me. i sadly dont have a video or a screenshot, but i again hope this is enough.

I've had this bug happen to me several times too.

it has been happening as well. its like it closes the window but not the game itself. its annoying but it seems to only happen after i have played a game. not sure if that can affect it though. easy to fix by just going into task manage and closing the process and opening the game back up

riot might not bother with this bug though seeing as how they are rolling out a new client eventually

yup, i've had this same issue for about a week now. I was hoping it was going to be fixed on the latest patch but it was not. But idk, it's going to be a long time before the new client is out. hextech crafting, the shop, all that stuff isn't even available yet in the alpha of the client, so I hope they fix this before rolling out the new client.
