Reroll aren't being refunded when somebody dodges.

^Title. I am using the new client ( I prefer the old one's UI more, but I like the graphics on the new on), I was Garen and rerolled and got Ahri. Somebody dodged about 10 seconds later and I didn't get my reroll back. I will not be using the New Client till this is fixed, as I play a lot of ARAM.

This just happened to me. I got a champ I hate, rerolled it, somebody dodged almost instantly, and I entered a new queue with another champ I can't play only to find I have zero rerolls.

EDIT: I was also using the new client. Switching back to the old one until it's fixed.
