Please fix the randomizer for picks in draft (normal & ranked)

I thought it should be randomized but 90% of the games ive played, ive been first picked and countered. and ive looked up some post here too people are also consistantly getting first picked. Its becoming more irritating getting countered majority of my games knowing that it should have been randomized and yet again i queue for another game to get first picked yet again and countered yet again.
