[GAMEPLAY] Legends of Runeterra Bug: Von Yipp's Keyword not applying to heimerdinger's wrenchbots

Professor Von Yipp's Keyword applies to units that are one cost, that had their cost reduced to be one cost (like clump of whumps but after drawing with a progress day card), and also currently units that are summoned from a spell but may technically be one cost units should they be recalled or shuffled into the deck somehow (scrap scuttlers, spiderlings)

This interaction is inconsistent with heimerdinger's wrenchbots (and perhaps other '0 cost' units? )which are one cost units when summoned from the fleeting version heimer creates. I am not sure if this is intentional or a bug however it is confusing given the way the card interacts with summoned units like spiderlings.
