no health bars showing at all when i spawn

ive had this bug multiple times. No healthbars showing up at all ingame. it is gamebreaking extremely unfair and should actually give you loss prevented.

How the fuck are you supposed to lane when you can't see your own hp, your supports hp or their hp. like please riot what the actual fuck.

if you make a competative game atleast don't go giving players unfair advantages.
