With the new patience on jungle camps if you initiate the fight with the camp with alpha strike it the camps patience will often automatically run out and you are stuck hitting a healing camp. I was able to reproduce this repeatedly just by alpha striking from max range to a camp before hitting it or it being aggro'd.
I ran into this bug as well! Starting with alpha strike(as most yi jungles do) results in the camp immediatly resetting and starting to heal up. I then have to sit and wait for the camp to fully heal in order to kill it. This bug was most annoying when I was getting leashed by my bot lane and the leash took 8 sec longer then it should have because we didnt know hat was going on or just simply didnt realize.
