Client has to update again when you close it's process from task manager

So sometimes you open league the league starting icon appears and closes and league client actually doesn't open but if you open the task manager and go into details you can find the league process is still open. So when you close this process in task manager and restart league.

It normally opens the client but "we have restored your client to previous installation now we will update it" appears and my client has to fucking update again. This has happened twice this patch for me.......

This happens in previous patches too but it's become more severe this patch. I'm on EUW(but server shouldn't even matter this is client based)

I run client on Intel hd driver 620 and game on Nvidia 940mx. 8 gb RAM. Windows 10 Pro.
