[GAMEPLAY] Jayce R to Melee freezes my screen

Switching to Jayce's melee form (hammer) freezes my game. I remember having this problem previously and then it got fixed with a new patch, now I played Jayce again since long time and this problem came back again. Hope this can get fixed. Merry Christmas.
