[GAMEPLAY] Sometimes unable to pick up blue favor coins, only able to with Rakan dash

This problem only begin to happen after the most recent patch (7.12) When I use ancient coin as my support item, and gold coins and favor are dropped from killed minions, sometimes I am unable to pick up the blue favor coins. This happens with about 25% of the blue favor coins that are dropped. This has happened to me when playing as Janna and Rakan. When I played as Rakan and was having this problem, using his E (the dash) let me pick up the coin. If I did not dash, or was playing Janna, no matter how long I stand near to coin or even when walking on top of it I was unable to collect the coin. I have experienced this over multiple games with both Rakan and Janna.

This is how to recreate the bug:

1. Play Rakan with a friend, Take Ancient Coin
2. Wait for a favor drop that you cannot pick up
3. Walk all over the coin with no success to be sure you really can't pick it up
4. Use E on your friend and you will be able to pick it up
