Cant reconnect to a game

Ok so today as it has happened before my electricity went off for a min and my pc turned off (obv) So afterwards i went asap in the launcher n started the game but i cannot reconnect it just says game still in progress. I checked the background apps if there is a task of league game program but there is nothing. I know i will get banned once again because of this and i will drop devisions since im on 0 lp and there is nothing i can do now except for waiting the game to end and be banned for the next week or two. I would love to know if there is any way this thing can be fixed because its not the first time happening please help.
