Bug when Changing my summoner's spells

Today on 1/14/2016 every time I attempt to change my summoners in champion select my screen gets darker and I am unable to click anything in the lol screen. I am not even able to exit the game through that manner. I now have a wait of 30 minutes because this happened during a Ranked champ select. PLEASE HELP!

I noticed this on the PBE yesterday. And today it's happening on the normal game. Not only when I change summoner's spells, but just getting into champ select causes the grey screen.
