PBE ACCOUNT DELETED, LOST, INFO OR CHANGED ??

I have completely lost access to my PBE account during this whole account change issues, I've had it for years now and it was always a separate account from my main account. I think it was the day Aphelios came out and PBE had issues i logged it and the client was not working correctly so I logged out and decided to try later. Later that night I tried and I couldn't access my I did a password recovery and I didn't get any email so i'm not sure exactly whats going on waiting for a response from the ticket system but have anyone else had this issue?
