Level bug?
I was extremely confused when I hit level 85 because I got a normal champion capsule instead of the glorious one. Is this intended? On all other levels of 5 that I hit past 30 it gave me a glorious capsule so whats going on there?

You're likely either misremembering or it was a bug. You're only supposed to get the special capsules on every 10 levels (ignoring 0-30, which have special exceptions).
