bug promotion

i've been promoted i have 1 free win and i 1 loose when i win my theird game i wasn't promoted like the bo is already end don't know what's the problem and two times i was at 3 and 5 lp and i've been demote WHY? Can the bug stop on my account or it's too hard ?
