[GAMEPLAY] Invincible enemies & can't teleport to towers

After being forced to reconnect during game (around 10 min or so) I first noticed I couldn't teleport to towers - it seemed like my spell couldnt target them, and also all the towers(at least friendly ones) were kind of... Jumping a bit(up and down a few pixels). Next I noticed that all my allies have dissapeared from both the minimap and main game screen - the exception was shaco's clone. Reconnecting again solved the issue although the harm was already done as you can see in linked video.

I do not know what exactly caused the issue, I bet it has something to do with reconnecting to game, and maybe with shaco presence too and him using his clone. Currently I am not able to reproduce this issue.

This is the first time it ever happened to me and I never heard of something like it.
