League just uninstalled and I'd like to know why

So i was about to start a game with my premade, halfway through the loading screen when my computer decided to crash. After that I restarted my computer in hopes of not having a leaver buster, but what I got when i opened league was the installation menu, which then lead me to the client downloading the game. This is probably my computer's fault, but still I would love to know if there's any explanation for this or any way to fix it, specially because my internet is super bad at the moment and it's taking forever to download (50 kb/s). It's been sitting there for about 2 hours and only 7% is complete. I've checked both my computer files and the recycle bin but all I found was the Riot Games folder along with PBE and the regular client with half the files missing.
