leaver buster punishment because of fountain glitch tag [GAMEPLAY]

Hello fearhawk35 here and I love this game but i am getting punished for no reason. Lets make this clear I have a leaver history because of another glitch of yours, but I never reported it. This time I am out raged by this glitch that got me another punishment that i didn't deserve at all this is horrible service. The glitch is that my character which was Master Yi is in the fountain, but i can't leave at all it is now way possible. I used my teleport and flash summoner skills but my character runs back automatically so i can't help out at all. I can buy items but that is it nothing else i can do but run in circles and hope that i won't get a punishment for your glitch that was in your game. Well guess what, when the game was over leaver buster said i was AFK and got a 5 more matches of low queue punishment of 20 minute wait time. This is unbelievable I sat through one glitch because I love the game, but don't think for one second that I will take another glitch which is punishing me for trying to play a match of this game so please fix and take away my punishment or at least do something for me since I now run the risk of being banned because IO want to play this game. This is fearhawk35 that will no longer take this insanity of waiting to play a game because of a coding error or something. P.s. i couldn't control him at all so i couldn't stop him from running back to the fountain
